Since 1953, MRCI has empowered people with disabilities and other barriers to employment and community participation to live, work, and thrive in the communities of their choice.
Through person centered services, MRCI partners with individuals to identify goals, build strengths, and create opportunities for meaningful employment, community engagement, independence, and personal growth. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential and contribute their unique talents.
Today, MRCI is one of Minnesota's largest and most diverse providers of employment services, day support services, and self-directed options. As a private nonprofit organization providing a menu of services across Minnesota and neighboring communities, we are committed to delivering innovative, individualized services that help people build fulfilling lives at home, at work, and in their communities.
