Parade of Giving = Parade of Caring for Disabled Community

Throughout history, parades have been held for all kinds of celebrations: Super Bowl wins, marching band extravaganzas, Thanksgiving Day. But Mankato is about to host a first of its kind: a Parade of Giving. An impactful, meaningful way for businesses to show their support of the brand new MRCI Thrift Store Donation Center at 121 Sioux Road (Suite 104) in Mankato.

MRCI New Ulm Offers New Program

There is a need in the New Ulm community. Individuals with disabilities struggling with the transition from school to work. So MRCI found a solution. We developed two programs to address this issue; Bridge to the Future and Track to Success.

MRCI Client’s Design Chosen In Button Contest For Disability Day At the Capitol

Quinn Metcalf lives life in full color. Not just through her pink tennis shoes and purple scarf, but also in her view of the world. “I see everything like it is a rainbow,” she says. “Rainbows are so cool.” When she sees color, she says she sees happiness. A profound statement by a young lady who is legally blind.
