MRCI is proud to be an employment-first organization with a menu of services that also include in-person and virtual day services. MRCI also provides families the resources, support and opportunity to keep loved ones with care needs living in their homes through our self-directed services.
MRCI is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization that was start started by a committed group of community members and today is guided by a committed board and staff who believe in person-centered practices.
At MRCI, the focus is on helping individuals become successful.

MRCI empowers individuals with disabilities and disadvantages to reach their personal goals through skill building and employment opportunities.

“In all of the different roles, my favorite part of MRCI is building relationships with the individuals we get to spend our days with,” reflects Melissa. “To celebrate in the successes of someone obtaining a job in the community, someone writing a letter to their sister, someone sharing photos from a nephew’s wedding, getting a first-hand look at all those little things that make life meaningful for the individuals we serve have made the last decade very rewarding.”
