PROGRAMS
MRCI is proud to be an employment-first organization. Also for individuals who are unable to work a full day, our new community-based day service program is very exciting. We also have programs for those 55 plus who no longer want to work but still want to participate in engaging experiences.
MRCI is one of Minnesota's largest and most diverse providers of employment and day services. We are a private, nonprofit organization, that serves individuals in Southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities Metro Area.
At MRCI, the focus is on helping individuals become successful.
MRCI provides families the resources, support and opportunity to keep loved ones with care needs living in their homes.
MRCI empowers individuals with disabilities and disadvantages to reach their personal goals through skill building and employment opportunities.
MRCI provides a pathway for individuals to be fully integrated into the community while receiving quality care and while engaging in
personally meaningful experiences.

“In all of the different roles, my favorite part of MRCI is building relationships with the individuals we get to spend our days with,” reflects Melissa. “To celebrate in the successes of someone obtaining a job in the community, someone writing a letter to their sister, someone sharing photos from a nephew’s wedding, getting a first-hand look at all those little things that make life meaningful for the individuals we serve have made the last decade very rewarding.”
