We are proud to share that MRCI has been ranked the 8th largest nonprofit in the Twin Cities by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in its 2026 list of the Largest Nonprofits in the Twin Cities, ranked by annual revenue.
This recognition reflects more than financial growth, it represents the impact made possible through the people we serve, our dedicated employees, our community partners, and the supporters who believe in MRCI's mission.
For more than 70 years, MRCI has been committed to creating opportunities for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment and independence. Through employment services, community-based supports, self-directed services, and business partnerships, we help thousands of individuals across Minnesota achieve their goals and build meaningful lives.
Being recognized among the region's largest nonprofits highlights the scale of that impact and the trust placed in MRCI by the individuals, families, employers, and communities we serve every day.
According to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, the annual ranking includes the largest nonprofits headquartered in the Twin Cities and is based on each organization's most recent fiscal year revenue. MRCI was ranked No. 8 with $151.59 million in revenue, placing us among the leading nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities.
We are honored to receive this recognition and remain committed to expanding opportunities, strengthening communities, and ensuring every person has the support they need to thrive.
Thank you to our participants, employees, families, partners, donors, and community supporters for making this achievement possible. Together, we are creating a future where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to succeed!
